イェメンとヴェネズエラの問題の記事。

　どっちも食うにも医者に通うのも大困り、というのだが、どうしてこうなった、という…。
　…なんというか、貧困とかは欠乏の問題と言うより、社会システムの問題である―という非常にビビッドな例であるなあと思える。
