今時の若い隊員さん、正直言って韓国兵より体格が小さい。勿論諸外国に比べても。国を守るという希望に燃えて入隊したこの子達を、権力者の野心のための戦争に送り出したくない。

　朝鮮民主主義人民共和国・朝鮮人民軍は勇敢なる将兵を抱えているとは思われますものの、特に若年者の体格については、どうか党には幼少時からの全般的体格向上にお努めになられたほうが宜しいのではないかと愚考する次第。

「"There have never been any studies on these specific mutations because they haven't existed before," he said.
