不法でなくとも移民は経済的に劣位に置かれがちで、となると条件の悪い物件・地域に集中せざるを得ず、となると洪水等々でコミュニティごと水没したりしかねない。真っ当に生きて来た連中が、こんな風に物理的に水に沈んでしまうというのは―やはり正義に反するように思われるよなあ…という。
世界のあちこちでこんな風な「階層」が発生しているわけで。伝統的左派の立場でも十二分に、まだまだ戦えるのではないかなあ、と思う。
