「The Jersey Fishermen's Association (JFA) has called on the government to close its fishing areas to all vessels.

The group wants several of the fisheries closed for six weeks and demanded the declassification of its waters be removed.

It comes as tensions rose in the past week over rights of French fishing boats to work in UK waters.」

「Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron remain at loggerheads in the ongoing dispute over permits for fishing boats.

On Sunday, the leaders met to discuss tensions and the UK government said it was "up to France" to step back from threats over port access.

But Mr Macron said the ball was "in Britain's court" and he hoped there would be a positive response on Monday.」

　…広範囲にフランクにお話したよ？　長きにわたって友人であった、非常に、非常に親しい同盟者同士の間で行われるような、そんなお話さ！というコメントでごまかしてしまうのは、なんというかちょっといざこざが深い。どっちも「ボールは向こうにあるからさ」というコメントであるのもなんというかそのちょっと。

　COP26。100カ国以上の指導者たちが、森林破壊を止めて緑化しようじゃないかとサインしたという。なにしろブラジルまでサインしたからね！というのは結構な高評価が得られるだろうというわけだ。

　…まあ、以前の合意はなし崩しになったようで。今回は、そうならずにいってくれればいいなあ…という希望が、スタート地点ではまあうまく行ったというあたりなんでしょうが。最初から失敗しているよりははるかにましだ。

　そんなCOP26のあしもとで、今後は我々はどんなスポーツファンでいるのがいいかなあ？という記事。飛行機であっちこっち追っかけるなんて、無しだ！　電車で行くか、ミニバンみたいな車で4人で乗りあうといいぞ！　レプリカジャージは、着ろ。着潰せ。でなければ寄付しろ。そのためには名前を書くな。チケットは電子でいいだろう？　紙は封筒もレシートも必要だし、コレクターにくれてやる予定がなければ要らないだろう…。

　…ビジネスモデルの変更も、そりゃあ進行しなきゃいけない、というわけなんでしょうね。レプリカジャージの売り上げなんて、さほどのことはないんでしょうけど、それでもその利益は被服工場を多少は潤し、職員の給与の一部にはなっていたのだろうし…。
