会社経営とは
What is running a business?

会社経営とは、マラソンレースのようなものではないだろうか。そうすれば、創業して間もないベンチャー企業は、長丁場のレースに遅れて参加した素人ランナーのようなものだ。
I think running a business is just like you are participating in a marathon race. So, an operator of a venture business not before long from its start would be an amateur runner who has joined the long-run race later after the start.

それでもレースに参加するのであれば、私は百メートル競走のつもりで走りたい。そんな無茶な走り方では身体が持たないと思う人もいるだろうが、遅れて参加し、マラソンの経験もないランナーには、それしか道はない。それができないのなら、最初からレースに参加しない方がいい。
Given such a difficulty, if I were such a venture business owner, I would like to run the race as if it were a hundred meter dash. There may be some who think you could not stand that ridiculous running, but there is no choice but that way for a person who has no experience of marathon race , and further participated in the race later after the start. If you think it's impossible, you should not join the race.
