人間性のよい人を雇う
To hire a person with good personality:

どんなに賢い人を雇うにしても人間性のよい人を雇うことです。絶対に能力だけで採用してはなりません。今、うちにはこういう優秀な専門家が喉から手が出るほどほしいと思っても、人間性が伴っていない人は雇ってはなりません。
No matter how smart a person you are going to hire, their personality must be good. You must not hire people as an employee only based on their ability. No matter how desperately you may want to hire as excellent as this an expert, you should not hire a person not having good personality.

学問や手腕が十分でなくても人は使える。けれども熱意において他に劣るようでは人は決して動かない。（熱意）（松下幸之助の言葉から）
Even if you are not enough in learning or expertise, you could use people. But if you are inferior to others in enthusiasm, people wouldn't move. ( enthusiasm )
