買収・合併の心得
A mental attitude you should have at the time of the corporate buy-out and merger:

買収や合併とは、全く文化の違う企業が一緒になることであり、企業間の結婚のようなものである。したがって、最大限相手のことを思いやる必要がある。
The corporate buy-out and merger is what companies with quite different cultures get joined, and it's just like a marriage of corporations. Therefore, all the people concerned need to be considerate of their counterparts as much as possible.
