To become a person with matured personality:

リーダーとは、全き人格者でなければならない。集団を正しい方向に導くため、能力があり、仕事ができるだけでなく、自己研鑽に努め、心を高め、心を磨き、素晴らしい人格を持った人にならなければならない。
A leader should be a person with matured personality. In order to lead a group of people in the right direction, the leader should not only be smart and competent, but also strive for self-improvement, enhance his mind, brush up his mind, and become the person with excellent personality.
