経営者の真価
True value of a business operator:

真の経営者とは、自分の全知全能、全身全霊をかけて経営を行っている人のことを言います。
A true business operator is a person who runs his business with his all knowledge and mighty and the whole body and spirit devoted to his job.
どんなに素晴らしい経営手法や経営理論、経営哲学を頭で理解していても、真の経営者になれるわけではありません。
Whatever excellent a management method, a management theory, or a management philosophy he may understand with his brain, it doesn't mean he will become a true business operator.
命をかけるくらいの責任感で毎日を生き、その姿勢をどのくらいの期間続けてきたかということで、経営者の真価が決まるのではないかと思います。
I think the real value of a business operator would be decided, depending on whether he lives every day with such a responsibility as he devotes all his life to the job or not, or how long he has kept maintaining such a rigorous attitude.
