信賞必罰
To reward good and punish evil:
経営は、信賞必罰でなければならない。しかし、厳しい姿勢の陰に温かい思いやりが垣間見られるような、経営者の行動があってはじめて、従業員もついてきてくれる。
Corporate management should be based on the principle to reward good and punish evil. However, only when there is warmth of a business owner who hides his kindness or consideration behind his rigorous act of punishment, the employees would follow him.
