簡単蕪の千枚漬け
① 蕪を薄くスライス、塩で味付け程度に1時間ほどおく。
② 酢:砂糖=3:1の割合で砂糖を溶かす。
③ ①の蕪の水を絞り、塩昆布や柚子添え出来上がり。
④ 蕪の葉っぱは熱湯で1分程熱処理し、刻んで②に加えると色目が良い。
*甘酢に柚子の絞り汁や柚子の皮を使うとかより美味しい。
*唐辛子をかけて食べるのも好みにより。
Easy pickling of 1,000 pieces of turnip
①Cut the turnip into thin slices and season with salt for about 1 hour.
②Vinegar: Dissolve sugar in a ratio of sugar = 3: 1.
③Squeeze the turnip water in ① and add the kelp.
④ Turnip leaves are heat treated with boiling water for about 1 minute, chopped and added to②to improve their color.
* It tastes better than using yuzu juice or yuzu peel for sweet vinegar.
* You can also eat it with chili peppers depending on your preference.
