ブリのムニエル(2人分)
脂が乗ったブリは、ムニエル・ピカタ・蒲焼・南蛮漬け等色々な料理に美味しい。
①ブリ4切れを水であらい水を拭き、小麦粉大匙2を袋に入れて均一にまぶす。
② フライパンにサラダ油大匙1で2~3分焼き、裏返し3分程焼き、最後にバターを落とす。カリッと焼き上げるのがコツ。
③ 皿に盛り付け、キャベツ・ブロッコリ・人参等天盛りして出来上がり。
*魚はうなぎ・さんま・いわし・白身の魚等。
Buri Meunier (serves 2)
It is delicious for various dishes such as meunier, piccata, kabayaki, and nanban pickle.
①Wipe 4 slices of yellowtail with water, put 2 large spoons of flour in a bag and sprinkle evenly.
② Bake in a frying pan with 1 large spoon of salad oil for 2~3 minutes, turn over and cook for about 3 minutes, and finally remove the butter. The trick is to bake it crispy.
③Serve on a plate and serve with broccoli, carrots, etc.
* Fish include eel, sardine, and white fish.
