アボカドと刺身のユッケ丼
コチュジャンを効かせた、旨辛ユッケ丼、切って和えるだけで簡単。
①鯛(チヌ)の刺身100gは1cm角切り。
②アボカド1/2個は1cm角に切り、レモン汁をふる。
③ボウルにしょうゆ大さじ1・コチュジャン小さじ2・ごま油小さじ2・砂糖・白いりごま小さじ1・すりおろしニンニク小さじ1/2を入れ①・②を加えて混ぜる。
④器にごはんを盛り付け、③・のりを乗せて完成。
*魚は鯛・サーモン・マグロ・鯵等何でも美味しい。
Yukke bowl with avocado and sashimi

①100g of sea bream sashimi is cut into 1cm cubes.
