パブリカのマヨネーズ和え
パブリカを加熱すると甘味が出る
①赤パプリカを丸ごとガスで柔らかくきヘタを取り除く。
②１ｃｍ角に切りマヨネーズや醬油麴で和え出来上がり。
Publica with mayonnaise
When Publica is heated, it becomes sweet.
①Whole red paprika is softened with gas and the stems are removed.
②Cut into 1cm squares and toss with mayonnaise and soy sauce noodles.
