ジャガイモのコロコロ煮
今年もジャガイ(モデストロイヤー)初収穫、小さいものを集めコロコロ煮。
種芋(50g以下)にならない小さいじゃがいもはころころ煮にします。
①ジャガイモを皮のまま電子レンジで加熱。
➁①を鍋に入れ、サラダ油(ゴマ油)少々で炒め、ジャガイモに油をからめ人参・コンヤク・水で煮る。
*油で揚げてから煮ても良い
③ ジャガイモ全体に油が回れば、醤油・砂糖・だしの素を加え、柔らかくなるまで煮詰めて出来上がり。
*煮る時、大きいジャガイモを下にして煮ると良い。
煮汁が少なくなってきたら、コロコロ転がして全体にからめる。
Braised potatoes
This year as well, the first harvest of Jaggai (Modestroyer), collecting small ones and boiling them.
Small potatoes that do not become seed potatoes (50 g or less) are boiled in a roll.
①Heat the potatoes in the microwave with their skin intact.
➁Put ① in a pot, fry with a little salad oil (sesame oil), mix the potatoes with oil, and boil with carrots, konyac and water.
* You can fry it in oil and then boil it.
③When the oil is spread throughout the potato, add soy sauce, sugar, and dashi stock and boil until soft.
*When simmering, it is better to boil large potatoes face down.
When the broth is running low, roll it over and entangle it all over.
