キヤベツと茸のカレー粉炒め
キヤベツと茸のカレー粉炒め、玉ねぎや人参を使うのも良い。
①キヤベツとしめじ(茸)を適当な大きさに切る。
②フライパンの油をしき炒める、適当に柔らかくなれば醤油・カレー粉を加え出来上がり。
*肉類や人参・玉ねぎを使うのも良い。

①Cut the kiyabetsu and shimeji (mushroom) into appropriate sizes.
➁Stir-fry the oil in the frying pan, and when it becomes appropriately soft, add soy sauce and curry powder and it's done.
