ラテンアメリカ諸国はヴェネズエラ市民に対するパスポート規制を緩める

　期限切れパスポートでもオッケーよ、という緊急避難措置。

　こういう口の悪いところは某トランプ氏と同様であり、なんというかもっと仲良くできるはずじゃないのか君ら、という気はする。

　なおヴェネズエラ政府がパスポート発給を遅らせているのではという見方に対しては

「Venezuelans have long complained about how difficult it is to get hold of passports and other official documents such as birth and marriage certificates and ID cards.」

　出生届受理も婚姻届受理も時間が掛かっているので意図的にパスポートを遅らせているわけではない、という言い訳は可能な模様。いやそれダメだろ。

　賄賂があれば速やかに手続きが進むよ！というのもダメだろそれ。
