中国と関税除去のお約束

　クリスマスに発効。アンゴラ、DRコンゴ、ガンビア、マリ、マダガスカルにモーリタニアは中国との関税を除去する。これでコバルトも、それに中国の若者にカフェ文化が行き渡ったことから需要が伸びたコーヒーもたくさん売れるよ！
