I took a periodic health check at company today and I was shocked about my weight. My weight gained aroung 4 kilogram comparing with last time. Well, I knew my weight gained recently because I checked my weight everyday. But it seemed the bathroom scale was broken.

Now because it is winter, I couldn't sweat abundantly and I have rarely chance to play sport. So I supporsed to change my diet and juice from now. I always had ice cream after lunch and besides I had many junkfood as snack. To improve this diet, I 'll have lunch to the full and I deny snack as possible as I can. Because my basal metabolism was excellent I think, maybe I would be thin in a month. One thing I worried about was decrease my basal metabolism by I became old.
