はやとうりのソテー
はやうりが沢山収穫出来色々な料理に、今回はソテーにしてみました。単純なですが、独特な風味と口の中でしゃきしゃき感がとても美味しい
①皮を薄くむき、ワタを取り、1cmぐらいの幅に切る。
②サラダ油やバターでフライパンで焼き、塩・胡椒で味付け、最後に醤油で香り付けして出来上がり。
③皿に盛付け、すり胡麻などをかけるのも良い。
*肉類と一緒に炒めても美味しい。カレー粉をまぶすのも良い。

①Peel thinly, remove the wasps and cut them into a width of about 1 cm.
②Grill in a frying pan with salad oil or butter, season with salt and pepper, and finally smell it with soy sauce.
③It is also good to serve on a plate and put sesame sesame seeds.
* It is delicious even if I fry it with meat. It is also good to sprinkle with curry powder.
