簡単かす汁
先日、友人から特性の酒粕を頂いたき早速かす汁を作りました。
①鍋に水を入れ、豚肉・大根・人参・牛蒡・こんにゃく・椎茸・里芋など硬いものを先に入れ、あげ・白菜・ネギ・エノキを煮て、最後にわさび菜・菊菜など季節の野菜で煮る。
②煮る途中、塩・こぶ茶・だしの素で味付けて、酒粕を煮汁で溶いて、火を止めて味噌で好みの味に仕上げる。
*魚(鮭汁)、肉を入れるのも美味しい。
*豚肉・大根・人参等を炒めてから、水を入れる炊き方も良い。
*味噌を入れない場合は塩で味を付ける。

②On the way, season with salt, kobucha, and dashi, melt the sake lees in the broth, turn off the heat and finish it with miso to make it your favorite taste.
* It is also delicious to put fish (salmon juice) and meat.
*It is also good to cook pork, daikon radish, carrots, etc. and then add water.
*If miso is not included, season with salt.
