決勝9位入賞で終わったフェルナンド・アロンソのコメントの一部です。

"It was an intense Friday. In the morning, we tried various set-ups to find the best direction to follow regarding the tyres. Our main aim in both of today’s sessions was to understand the behaviour of the various compounds.

"Tomorrow we will concentrate more on enhancing the car’s performance on flying laps with the aim of qualifying well, but it will not be easy. Our race pace was not bad, but we are cautious and we will continue to analyse all the information and data gathered today."

お散歩 北九州

お仕事で北九州に言ってたんだけど

時間調整がてら　若戸大橋の辺りを　お散歩してきました！

 

若戸大橋は、洞海湾に掛かる橋で　建造当時は東洋一だったらしいです。

 

小倉から電車で10分ほどの戸畑駅から　徒歩で10分ほど

戸畑側の岸から渡船にのって若松川へ。

渡船料は　100円（安っ）

 

洞海湾は　江戸時代は河川で明治頃に大型船が入港できるように

幅を広げて運河化したみたいです（うろ覚え）

洞海湾を渡るのは3分ほど。

渡船に自転車持ちこんでる人もいました。

いろいろ明治から大正期の建築物がのこってて趣が有ります。

フランスＧＰの予選1位回目で　クラッシュして計測無しの最下位に終わった

角田選手のコメントです。

 

Yuki Tsunoda, No time set in Q1

“It was my mistake today in qualifying and I want to apologise to the team. I just used too much of the yellow curb at Turn 1 and I spun out. I tried to brake as much as possible to avoid contact with the barrier, but it was like skating on ice as I was going backwards. It was fairly low impact, but there is some damage to the car so the team will have to work hard tonight to get me ready for tomorrow. The best way to thank the team would be to have a good race tomorrow. It’s difficult to overtake here but I’ll push as hard as I can every lap and use every opportunity I get.”

イモラも　そうだったけど

マシンは余裕で予選１を突破できるのだから

最初のアタックから　そんなに限界まで攻める必要があるのか？と。

 

メンタル　コントロールの問題なんだろうな・・

ガスリーが　持ったより速くて焦ってるとか？

“It’s been a good day. I think the approach here in France compared to the last few races is a bit easier, as I’ve already got experience driving here at Paul Ricard. I had a spin in the morning, but I think we’ve made good progress through the two sessions today. I struggled a bit with the set-up in FP2, but we adapted really well and by the end of the day I was happy with the car behaviour. My confidence in the car is definitely returning and my result in Baku has helped with that. We still have lots of work to do ahead of Qualifying and the field is very tight, so it’s going to be very competitive but the pace is definitely there.”

Aこのあいだ　成田→福岡までの空路で

北九州上空が良く見えたので載せてみました！

These are  pictures of the sky above Kitakyushu area from the airplane from Narita to Fukuoka that I got on last week.

東京上空は曇ってたけど　富士山は　何とか頭だけ見えた

There is about 1000km to the west from the Tokyo area to Fukuoka.

You can see Mt. Fuji on the way to Fukuoka if it is sunny!

F1 角田 再スタートを振り返る

アゼルバイジャンＧＰの残り2周での再スタートで順位を落とした事についての

角田裕毅選手のコメントです。

“Until the red flag it was quite good, but after the restart, the start was okay but the track positioning was all wrong – I tried my best and I went aggressive but I couldn’t avoid dropping two places to be honest. I don’t know how to avoid it. But congratulations to my team mate who got a P3 and a podium.
