Maduroは軍の忠誠を賞賛する。なお先日の大停電については

　ええんか、それは。

「A fresh blackout struck on Saturday, El Nacional newspaper reported, cutting power to many areas where it had previously been restored.」

　再度停電。末期的症状といいませんか、それは。
　というか、発電機が行き渡っていないあたり、もとは電気が安定して供給されてた国なんだなあと改めて思う。ミャンマーなんて、停電したらすぐ、発電機が動いたものな。
