　一応、反乱組織側も難民発生に一役買っていたりするあたり、微妙ではあるにせよ。

　ロヒンギャ放逐のための策動は続いており、それは昨年のような血まみれの暴力ではなく、より”賢明”なし方によるというわけ。

　ミャンマー政府は『ぼくたちわるいことしてないよう』というのに忙しくて、難民帰還のための仕事をするより追い出すほうに熱心だ―と。
