和平提案、蹴られる

　世界中で和平の提案は嫌われている感。誰にとってどれだけ都合の良い提案かということもあろうが。
　ということで、ミャンマーでも政府が提案した和平交渉は却下された。

　軍事政権側の最初の「オリーブの枝」である。
　どうも中国から圧力を受けているようで―いやあそれ、寧ろ誠実さにはそこそこの信頼がおけそうではある。とりあえず北部シャン州で中国に仲介された停戦案も却下。
