Barskoon

2023-07-05 21:16:16 | プチ放浪 山道編

A highland surrounded by the Tien Shan Mountains and the Pamir Plateau. From Balscon, which has 7000m-class mountains on its summit, you can see Issyk-Kul Lake, the “Pearl of Heavenly Mountain,” and beyond that, you can see the white Kungei Ala-Too in the distance. A glacier overlooks.
Barskoon is a small farming village located on the southern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, at the foot of the Tian Shan tributary (Teleskei Alato), which separates Kyrgyzstan from Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region of China.

The horse trek is 15-17km daily, 2-3 hours in the morning and 2-3 hours in the afternoon, totaling 5-6 hours. There are almost no flat grasslands, and the course goes over mountains and down valleys, with many ups and downs.

Chongkemin Valley

Kyrgyzstan is part of the ancient Silk Road. Chongkemin Valley is a peaceful village located about 140 kilometers northeast of Bishkek, the capital. Colorful flowers bloom in summer.
A view of the flower-covered prairie, rolling hills, and mountains beyond. It's a country like a fairyland.

Hi there, Adventure Seekers!

2023-05-21 06:40:43 | プチ放浪 山道編

Greetings from Chiba!

Things have been changing faster than I can keep track of. And with my blog break coming to an end soon, I want to update you on everything that's coming up in the next few months! Let's dig in.

In today’s new, you will find:

  • Announcements on my upcoming travels.
  • A bit about the future of my blog.

It's been a little while since my last blog page. And I really needed this time off.

It's allowed me to think about what I truly love about photos. It gave me time to rest, rethink and - most importantly - look at my presence on my blog with a set of fresh eyes. Remember, there is always time to take a step back and reflect. In fact, it might just give you the kind of perspective you needed all along.

I know what some of you might be thinking "Weren't you supposed to travel west to Asia?". Well… yes. But a huge part of my break from blog was about digging deep and figuring out what I wanted.

Do you have any suggestions for cool outdoor spots to check out? I would love some help with planning my adventure! I'm especially interested in your favourite hidden gems and unique experiences in the states I mentioned.

Please reply to this blog to send your recommendations! I can't wait to read them.
