"beleaguered/beleaguer" は良く見かける単語ですが中々覚えられない単語の一つです。しかし世界各地で起きている北京オリンピック聖火リレーの妨害事件のお陰で今度は覚えられそうです。

とあり、同意語 (Synonym)に "besiege" があるのでその例もメモしました。
