万願寺とうがらしの油いため
先日、万願寺とうがらしの収穫最盛期を迎えました、ソテーを楽しみました。
①とうがらしを縦に二つに切り種を取り除き、胡麻油・塩・胡椒で炒め、香り付けに醤油をふり、しんなりさせる。
②お皿に盛りつけ鰹節を天盛り出来上がり。
*その他ちりめんじゃこや季節の野菜・玉ねぎ・人参を一緒に炒めるのも良い。

The other day, we celebrated the peak harvest season of Manganji Temple and garashi, and we enjoyed sautéing.
①Cut the garlic lengthwise into two halves and remove the seeds, fry them in sesame oil, salt and pepper, sprinkle with soy sauce to flavor them, and let them simmer.
②Serve on a plate and top with bonito bonito.
