簡単 麻婆カレー
①玉ねぎ・人参・を細く切りゴーヤを電子レンジ500w3分加熱。
②フライパンにごま油大匙1をひき中火で熱し、豚ひき肉150、豆板醤大さじ1/2・おろしニンニク小匙1・鷹の爪輪切り小匙1/2・を加えて炒める。豚肉に火が通ったら①を加え、軽く焼き色がつくまで炒める。
③②に水150ml・めんつゆ (2倍濃縮)大匙3を加え、全体に味が馴染むまで中火で煮込む。
➃中火のまま水溶き片栗粉大匙2を回し入れ、とろみがついたらラー油を加えて軽く混ぜて、お皿に盛り完成。
*卵を添えるのも、野菜はなす・オクラ・キュウリでも。
