野菜炒めと豚肉ヒレのソテー
野菜炒めと、豚肉のソテーと合わせました。
①人参・キャベツ・もやし・筍・玉ねぎ・ブロッコリーを炒め・塩胡椒で味付ける。
②豚ヒレを薄く切り醬油麴をまぶし1日冷蔵庫に置きソテとする。
③皿に①・②を盛り付けトマトを添え出来上がり。
*野菜は椎茸等季節の物で、硬いものから順に加える。味付けは味噌・豆板醤などでも良い。
Stir-fried vegetables and sautéed pork tenderloin
I combined it with stir-fried vegetables and sautéed pork.
①Stir-fry carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, onions and broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
②Slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices and sprinkle with soy oil noodles and place them in the refrigerator for a day to make cycades.
③Serve ① and ② on a plate and serve with tomatoes.
*Vegetables are seasonal such as shiitake mushrooms, and are added in order from hard to hard. Seasoning may also be miso or bean plate sauce.
