あさりの炊きこみご飯
①米3合を洗い、醤油大匙1.5・塩・昆布茶適量水を加え4合の水の分量にして、かき混ぜ、その上に市販品の冷凍アサリ・人参・グリンピース・トウモロコシ・刻み生姜を乗せ通常どおりに炊く。
*炊きあがれば良くほぐして混ぜる。
②器に盛り出来上がり。
*椎茸・キノコ・筍・お揚げなどを混ぜるのも良い。
*冷凍むきアサリは業務スーパーで売っている。
Cooked rice with clams
