じゃじゃ丼
盛岡じゃじゃ麺は、岩手県盛岡市でわんこそば・冷麺と並んで盛岡三大麺の一つ、それをまねてご飯に盛り付けじゃじゃ丼。
①玉ねぎ・ニンニク1切れをみじん切り・茸・人参・牛肉・玉ねぎを炒め、味噌・みりん・豆板醤で味付け。
②器にご飯を盛り付け、①を天盛りして海苔を添え出来上がり。
*ラー油・食べるラー油おろしショウガやニンニクをかけて食べるのも良い。
Jajadon
Morioka jaja noodles are one of the three major Morioka noodles in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, along with wankoba and cold noodles, and are served on rice.
①Stir-fry chopped onions and 1 slice of garlic, mushrooms, carrots, beef, and onions, and season with miso, mirin, and bean plate sauce.
②Serve the rice in a bowl, serve ① on the top and garnish with nori seaweed.
* It is also good to eat chili oil with grated ginger or garlic.
