じゃじゃ麺
盛岡じゃじゃ麺は、岩手県盛岡市でわんこそば・冷麺と並んで盛岡三大麺の一つ。
①素麺を沸騰したお湯をくぐらせ、水で冷やしザルに取り置く。
②キュウリ1本を千切りにしておく。
③玉ねぎ・ニンニク1切れをみじん切り・茸・人参・豚肉ミンチ・玉ねぎ・を炒め・味噌大匙2・みりん大匙2・豆板醤小さじ入れ火を通す。
④器に皿に①を盛り付け、②と③の肉味噌を天盛りして出来上がり。
*ラー油・食べるラー油おろしショウガやニンニクをかけて食べるのも良い。
Jaja noodles
Morioka jaja noodles are one of the three major noodles in Morioka along with wankoba and cold noodles in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
①Dip the noodles through boiling water, cool them with water and place them in a colander.
②Shred 1 cucumber.
③Chop the onion and garlic 1 slice, stir-fry the mushrooms, carrots, minced pork, onion, 2 large spoons of miso, 2 large spoons of mirin, and a teaspoon of bean plate sauce and put through the heat.
④Serve① on a plate in a bowl, and serve the meat miso of ② and ③ on the top.
* It is also good to eat chili oil with grated ginger or garlic.
