モロヘイヤのトマト和え
モロヘイヤの収穫が始まりました。モロヘイヤは11月中旬まで収穫出来て重宝。
塩少々を加えた沸騰水にモロヘイヤを入れ、しんなりしたら、冷水にくぐらせ、水切りきりして、細かく乱切り、トマト1cm角切りを加え、塩小匙1/4・胡椒・醤油・胡椒少々で味付け出来上がり。
Moroheiya with tomatoes
The harvest of molokheiya has begun. Moroheiya can be harvested until mid-November, which is useful.
Put molokheiya in boiling water with a little salt, and when it is soft, dip it in cold water, drain it, cut it into small pieces, add 1cm square slices of tomato, season with 1/4 small spoon of salt, pepper, soy sauce, and a little pepper.
