赤魚の煮付け
先日、赤魚の美味しそうで買って来ました。
①赤魚の鱗を剥がし内臓を取り除く。
②鍋に①を入れ、酒・醤油・みりんだけで、煮て汁が無くなるまで煮詰めて身が固い状態で出来上がり。
