ロヒンギャ帰還事業始まるーミャンマー政府の発表

　ミャンマー政府が主張するところでは、ロヒンギャ難民帰還事業が開始し、最初の家族が到達したのだと：

　ちゃんとIDカードを配給するとのこと。

　どはっきりしたプロパガンダではある。

「Photos released by Myanmar authorities on Saturday showed what it called a "Muslim" family receiving National Verification Cards. The state does not use the word Rohingya」

　とまあ、「ロヒンギャ」ではなく「ムスリム」としての登録という。禍根をいろいろ残しそうなカテゴリ分けではあるが（土着ムスリムとかと区別をどうつけるか、とか）、ミャンマー政府としてはそれなりに整合的な解答だろう。それが望ましいかどうかはさておいて。
