鯛のそぼろの作り方
①鯛の粗を沸騰水に3分程入れ、引き上げ、温かいうちに肉身をほぐし、酒・塩・醤油で味付けして、適当な柔らかさになるまでフライパンで水分を飛ばす。
②①をご飯に混ぜて出来上がり。
*葱などを乗せるのも良い。
