ナスと豚しゃぶ肉の中華サラダ
豚しゃぶとナス・玉ねぎに香味ドレッシングをかけて仕上げたサラ。
ドレッシングは調味料を混ぜ合わせるだけで簡単に作れて、他のサラダにも使えるので便利。

①沸騰直前のお湯に豚バラ肉しゃぶしゃぶ用150gを入れて、火が通るまで弱火で5分ほどゆでます。お湯を切り、氷水にさらして冷やし、水気を切り。
➁ ボウルに醤油大さじ1・酢大さじ1・すりおろしニンニク小さじ1/2・すりおろし生姜小さじ1/2・ごま油大さじ1/2・白いりごま大さじ1/2を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
③玉葱2本・なす玉ねぎ1/2個をフライパンで炒め①を加え混ぜ、お皿に盛り付けます➁をかけ青紫蘇を乗せ完成。
Chinese salad of eggplant and pork shabu
