豚肉と里芋の照り焼き
里芋と豚肉はとても相性が良く、味がしみた里芋は最高の味。

①里芋2個の皮を剥き1cm幅に切る、豚肉200gに塩こしょう・片栗粉をまぶす。
②しょうゆ大さじ2・酒大さじ2・みりん大さじ2・砂糖大さじ5を合わせる。
③フライパンに油大匙2で里芋・人参を炒め、肉を炒める。
④③に②を入れ、煮絡める。
⑤仕上げに小ねぎをのせ出来上がり。
