ブリの照り焼き
ブリの照り焼きです。甘くこってりしたタレと、時間もかからずすぐできます。
2人前
①ブリ2切れの両面に塩こしょうをふり、5分程置く。キッチンペーパーで水気を拭き取り、薄力粉小匙1をまぶす。
②中火で熱したフライパンにごま油をひき、①を入れて焼く。中に火が通り、表面に焼き色がつくまで両面を2分ずつ焼いたら料理酒を入れて煮絡め、一度取り出す。
③同じフライパンにしょうゆ大さじ2・料理酒大さじ2・みりん大さじ2・きび砂糖大さじ1ごま油大さじ1入れて中火で煮立たせ、②を戻し入れ、全体に味がなじんだら火から下ろす。
- お皿に盛り付け、小ねぎをのせて完成。
Buri no Teriyaki
This is Buri teriyaki. With a sweet and thick sauce, it doesn't take much time and you can do it immediately.

①Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of 2 slices of yellowtail and leave for about 5 minutes. Wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper and sprinkle with 1 small spoon of plain flour.
②Heat sesame oil in a frying pan heated over medium heat, add ① and bake. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until the inside is cooked and the surface is browned, then add the cooking sake and simmer and remove once.
③In the same frying pan, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking sake, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon cane sugar 1 tablespoon sesame oil Put it in, bring it to a simmer over medium heat, put ② back in, and remove from heat when the taste blends in with the whole.
Serve on a plate and top with small onions to complete
