柚子の絞り液
今年は柚子を裏山で何とか収穫、絞り液は色々な料理用に保存します。
①柚子を半部に切り、手できつく絞り、種をのぞく。
②絞り液に保存用に少し塩を加え冷蔵庫で保存。
種は乾かして煎じてお茶にする。
Yuzu squeeze liquid
This year, we managed to harvest the yuzu in the back mountains and squeeze it and save it for various dishes.
① Cut the yuzu into halves, squeeze tightly with your hands, and remove the seeds.
②Add a little salt to the squeezed liquid for storage and store in the refrigerator.
*Seeds are dried and brewed into tea.
