もやしとゴーヤのナムル
ナムルとは、野菜や山菜、野草などを茹でて、ごま油や塩、にんにくなどで味付けした韓国料理で、韓国では家庭でもよく作られる一品。
もやしとゴーヤのナムル。ごま油の効いたナムルのたれが、シャキシャキとしたもやしと、粘りのあるオクラによく合う。

①もやし200g・ゴーヤを適当な大きさに切りラップをかけ、600Wの電子レンジで3分程加熱、水気を切り、粗熱を取る。
②ごま油大さじ1・白いりごま小さじ2・鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1/2・塩小さじ1/5・すりおろしニンニク小さじ1/4・粗挽き黒こしょうふたつまを入れて舞える、その中に①を入れ和える。
③全体に味がなじんだら器に盛り完成。
*野菜は人参やオクラなども良い。
