An organization sharing a just case or reason
リーダーは、まずは集団のめざすべきところを明確にしなければならない。つまり、大義名分のある目的を確立するとともに、その共有に努め、全従業員が心から喜んで協力してくれる集団をつくり上げることが大切だ。
A leader should first make clear what an organization has to seek to get. That is, it is important for him to set up a goal which has a just cause and reason, make the employees share that goal, and build up the organization where all the employees are happy to cooperate.
