Spring has come to Fukuoka,Japan♪

 It has been still cold, but Cherry blossom flowers KNOW when it's the time to bloom.

I went to Kokura Castle to see cherry blossom flowers yesterday. I was a bit in a hurry and worried if I could arrive on time, and here I was!

As I could expected already, lots of people are enjyoying it!!!

こちらは　まだ肌寒いですが、桜はちゃんと　咲く時期を「知っている」のですね。

昨日は小倉城へ桜を見に　(ほんとは他にも目的が合ったのですが、後ほど・・・）行ってきました。夕方にバタバタと。間に合うかなって思いながら…。 予想通り、たくさんの人々が楽しんでいました!!!

Oh, they jumped!!! They were playing very well and I was most impressed!!!

 

いきなりジャンプ!!!　とっても上手で感動!!!

It really looks like the lovely snow♪♪

小倉城周辺の水辺と桜の花。ただ、ただ、美しい・・・

ホストファミリー宅で友人だったオーストラリア人、ペニーは、「桜雪」と呼んでくれました。

彼女は十数年前に福岡で桜を見ています。その時のことを思い出したって。

 

Many people are suffering from the big loss due to the earthquake and Tsunami which hit the Northern parts of Japan on March 11. I have been praying for them and I really hope that one day,"real  spring" will come to their mind,too!

 

３月１１日に起きた津波、地震といった震災後、東北では　まだまだ多くの人々が苦しんでいます。彼らの心にも一日も早く本物の「春」が訪れますように・・・！
