Today, I'd like to introduce the book I'm reading right now.
「今日は最近読んでいる本をご紹介します」
The title is "Doing Math with Python"
「タイトルはPythonから始める数学入門です」
The book introduce you to the world of fundamental mathematics solving actual math problems with Python.
「この本は、Pythonで実際に問題を解きながら、初歩数学の世界へ読者をいざなってくれます」
Python is a programming language whose reputation is quite high in US but was not so in Japan due to the popularity of Ruby language.
「Pythonとは、日本ではRuby言語のせいであまり人気はありませんでしたが、米国ではとても人気のあるプログラミング言語です」
However it's gaining its popularity in Japan in past few years and some say that it surpassed that of Ruby's.
「しかしながらここ数年で日本でも人気が上がっており、人によってはRubyのそれを抜いたのではとも言っています」
In fact, there'll be two certificate exams to be opened next April.
「事実、来年の４月から認定試験が２つほど始まる予定です」
I just can't wait to pass these two!
「今からその２つの試験に合格するのが待ち遠しいです」
Anyway, reading this book, I feel that it's a great way to learn math and programming at once.
「余談はおいておくとして、この本を読んでいると数学とプログラムを同時に学ぶというのはとても良いことだと気づかされました」
