豚汁
寒い時は豚汁が良い。
①鍋に水を入れ、大根・人参・牛蒡・さつまいも・こんにゃくなど、硬いものを先に入れ、豚肉(良くほぐす)・あげ・白菜・ネギ・茸・菊菜など適当な季節の野菜を加え、こぶ茶・塩で薄く味付け煮る。
②炊き終われば、火を止め味噌で好みの味に仕上げる。
*味噌の入れ方は風味が飛ばない様、火を消してから入れる。
⋆甘酒を入れるのも良い。
pork miso soup
Pork soup is good when it is cold.
①Put water in a saucepan, put hard things such as daikon radish, carrot, beef sardine, sweet potato, konjac first, add appropriate seasonal vegetables such as pork (fried rice), fried chicken, chinese cabbage, leek, mushrooms, kikuna, and season and simmer with kobucha and salt.
②When cooked, turn off the heat and finish it with miso to make your favorite taste.
* How to put miso, so that the flavor does not skip, put out the fire before putting it in.
