寒干し大根と豚肉煮
保存食としての寒干し大根を、色々な食べ方で料理してみましょう。
①干し大根100gを鋏で薄く切り、水で戻しておく。
②薄切り豚ばら肉200gを、さっと茹でアクを除いておく。
③①・②と細切り昆布・椎茸・鰹節だし200mℓ・酒大匙3・みりん大匙2・醤油大匙3・(蜂蜜少々)を加えて煮る。
*茸類は舞茸等何でも良い大根だけでも美味しい。
Simmered with kanboshi daikon radish and pork

* Mushrooms are beautiful even with daikon radish that can be anything such as maitake mushrooms
