レトルト市販のハンバーグ
テレビでセブンイレブンのレトルトハンバーグが美味しいとの放映があり、買って来ました。大変美味しかったです。次回は業務スーパーの冷凍ハンバーグでも試してみます。
①レトルトのハンバーグを電子レンジか湯煎で温める。
②皿に盛りつけ、付いてあるタレをかけ卵焼きやトマト・電子レンジで加熱したブロッコリー・キャベツ・人参を乗せ出来上がり。
＊野菜は季節の野菜、刻みパセリ等。
＊好みにより・ウスターソース・ケチャップ・オーロラソースでも良い。
Retort commercial hamburger steak
There was a tv broadcast that 7-Eleven retort hamburgers were delicious, and I bought them. It was very delicious. Next time, I will try frozen hamburger steak at business supermarket.
①Warm the retort hamburger in a microwave or hot water.
②Serve on a plate, put the sauce on top of the egg, tomato, and broccoli, cabbage and carrots heated in the microwave.
*Vegetables are seasonal vegetables, chopped parsley, etc.
* If you like, Worcester sauce, ketchup, aurora sauce is also good.
