市販品のエビチリソースと合わせて炒めるだけで、本格的な味わいが楽しめるエビチリです。

➀エビ300gの殻と背わたを取って水で洗いし拭く。
②人参は細かく切り、ブロッコリーと電子レンジで加熱。
③熱したフライパンにサラダ油大匙2を入れ、①とエビチリソース125gを入れエビが両面色付いたら、②を入れて煮詰めたら出来上がり。
➃皿に盛り付けブロッコリーを添える。
Shrimp Chili
