焼き豚
*幼少のおり母親が良く作ってくれた、素朴な味わい。
➀豚肉に五黄色・塩・胡椒を刷り込んで1~2時間置く。
②①をフライパンで裏表の表面を焼きつける。
③鍋に②を入れ、醤油・砂糖・みりん・酒で煮て、煮詰めて少し煮汁を残した状態で、ビニール袋に保存して出来上がり。
➃写真のように切り、お皿に盛り付ける。
